ProtectionMark Refund Policy
At ProtectionMark, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our watermarking services. To support this, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate our service before committing to a subscription.

1. Monthly Subscriptions
1.1. Refund Eligibility: If you are unhappy with our service and have subscribed to a monthly plan, you may request to cancel your subscription. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, and if you have paid for the upcoming month in advance, a refund will be issued for the next billing cycle.
1.2. Refund Process: Once your refund request is processed, we will issue the refund using the original payment method. Please note that the verification process may take up to 30 days. After the refund is issued, your financial institution may require additional time to process the payment. Our liability ends once we provide you with the refund transaction ID and bank confirmation ID.

2. Annual Subscriptions
2.1. Discounted Annual Plans: Customers who opt to pay for 12 months in advance benefit from a discounted rate. If you choose to cancel your subscription during the year and request a refund, please be aware that the usage of the service will be recalculated at the full monthly rate, not the discounted rate. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to you.
2.2. Refund Process: The refund for the remaining months, after recalculating the charges at the full monthly rate, will be issued within 30 days to the original payment method. Once the refund is processed, your financial institution may take additional time to complete the transaction. Our liability ends once we provide you with the refund transaction ID and bank confirmation ID.

*3. Refund Verification and Processing Time*
We aim to process all refunds within 30 days of your request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. ProtectionMark is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank once the refund has been issued. Our responsibility concludes when we provide you with the refund transaction ID and bank confirmation ID.
